Since every backdrop is 100% custom, we’ll start by asking you a few basic questions to get an idea for what you’re looking for. Then we can go do our research and show up prepared to the consultation call.

Step 2

Free Consultation Call

Whether it takes place over the phone, via Zoom, or in person, this call is essential to establishing a clear vision and game plan for building your dream backdrop. We’ll send you a proposal with a mockup for your approval.

Step 3

Finalize Your Booking

Once you’ve seen the mockup and proposal, you will make your deposit to book the date and we’ll get to work building your backdrop.

Still on the fence about booking? Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get about our custom backdrops.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery to the St. George area is $20. Anywhere outside of St. George, Washington, Ivins, or Santa Clara will incur a higher fee. Our booking form will calculate the extra cost into your rental quote automatically.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to book your order, since there is a lot of custom work and supplies that go into creating a backdrop. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Southwestern Utah including St. George, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, and Hurricane.

Can you set up anywhere or are there any requirements?

We can set up your backdrop pretty much anywhere, but it’s best to have a smooth, level surface. If the event is outdoors it’s preferable to set up against a wall so that there is less of chance of wind blowing things down. We will do our best to secure the backdrop with sandbags, but it’s not recommended to set up in areas with strong winds.

Can I provide my own balloons?

Unfortunately, we do not allow balloons purchased by the customer, unless you are having a third-party balloon artist set up the garlands. However, in most cases we will take care of everything and will purchase high-quality balloons through our own vendors.
