Yes. Delivery to St. George is $20. Events outside St. George, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, or Hurricane may incur additional fees. Our booking form calculates these costs automatically for your rental.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a custom backdrop?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. This ensures we can purchase materials and prepare your custom backdrop. We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay.
What areas do you serve for backdrop and balloon garland rentals?
We serve Southwestern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, and Hurricane. Travel fees may apply for locations outside these areas.
Can your backdrops be used outdoors?
Yes, but it’s best to have a smooth, level surface and avoid areas with strong winds. Outdoor setups are more secure against walls, and we can anchor backdrops with sandbags if needed.
Can I provide my own balloons for the backdrop?
No, we use high-quality balloons from our trusted vendors to ensure consistency and safety. If you’re hiring a third-party balloon artist, we can coordinate with them for setup.
